We would like to hire a freelancer for getting us business of delivering Leadership & Behavioural skills Trainings to Employees/Leaders of various organizations. The ideal candidate would be able to make connections with HR / Learning & Development heads of various organizations and successfully sell our instructor led learning solutions that can be delivered In-person and Virtually (webex etc). We have a catalogue of 60+ courses categorized according to 8 Leadership competencies of an effective and successful Leader which we shall subsequently share with the successful candidate. We can customize the training content according to the Values, Principles, Competencies of an organization and also the needs of employees at various levels, tenures, geographic locations and specific department functions. We can also offer experienced and certified Facilitators who can deliver training sessions using the internally developed Leadership training content of respective organizations.
