This project essentially includes conducting mystery shopping and recording the feedback during the activity.
There are four different kinds of mystery shopping projects:
1. Visiting a given store in your city and capturing your feedback.
2. Scheduling a service from customer care engineer visit at your home of a brand assigned to you and then capturing the feedback.
3. Calling on the customer care number of a particular brand and capturing the feedback.
4. Getting an electronic device repaired which will be pre defined and capturing your feedback (the expenses will be paid by us).
The feedback on all the four categories will be done on an online questionnaire.
Proof of conducting the Mystery shopping will be required which will include images and call recordings.
