Market segmentation analysis for a project planning website

We have a project planning website focused on individuals and small teams (B2C). Please find the attachment that illustrates the basic problem and solution with pre market analysis. The market of project planning website is too crowded. We are trying to find a particular niche to push in our product. You need to quickly analyze the whole market. Then look at the product and quickly find the niche and do an in depth research on the niche that would result in ways to market and have user use the product. The possible extension of this project will to employ again for marketing. The main aim of this project is to verify the assumptions made in the attached document for this project, basically validating the product and its possible marketing ideas.
