My business includes marketing to homeowners that are motivated to sell and there motivated to sell for various reason such as, divorce, death in the family, pre-foreclosure, vacant unwanted property, etc. They don't have time to list with an agent because it can take who knows how long for it to sell and at what price. They also have to pay realtor cost, etc. With us, we give them cash for their home, cover closing costs and close within a few days. They are usually going through tough times and it's very sad, which is why it's so rewarding to help them out. Simply put, I need someone to door knock and ask the home owner if they know anyone that needs to sell their home. The main objective is to build rapport with the homeowner and set an appointment for me to come to the property and give them a no obligation cash offer. Sometimes the homeowner will invite you inside especially if they are the ones that are motivated, and they will tell you what's going on. You have to be a people person, listen to them and ask them questions. You don't need to know about real estate, that's my job. But you need to be able to set the appointment. This is a commission based pay. *For every deal closed, you will be payed $1,000. *Any deal above $25,000 (which is not rare) you will make $5,000!
