I come to you with the following exciting project:
We have a system consisting of 3 units as follows [BOM Attached - Excel File]:
Unit #1:
- Set of batteries, acting as power bank (capacity 12000 mAh or more)
- Memory chip (64 GB) - we plan to increase this later
- Bluetooth module for proximity

Unit #2:
- A parallel hub with the following ports:
- 2x USB port for power output from batteries
- 1x USB port for data output / input to the memory chip
- 1x USB mini-port for battery power input (charging)
- 1x LED indicator with following conditions:
- Green Light: if battery is plugged in and FULL
- Orange Light: if battery is charging
- Red Light (FLASH): if battery is being used and it low on current capacity or empty

Unit #3:
- LED Switch Button #1: Switch Bluetooth module On / Off
- LED Switch Button #2: Switch whole system On / Off (Screen + Battery Output + Memory Access + Bluetooth Module)
- An OLED screen (blue and white) to display the following:
- Battery status (shape of a battery + percentage)
- Status of Bluetooth module
- An ALL CAPS word in the middle saying "HELLO"

Connectivity Information:
- Units will be wire connected
- Unit 2 and Unit 3 are 10 cm away
- Unit 1 is 45cm away from Units 2 and 3. Unit #1 is the main unit, right? ;)
- Cables must be neatly done, the way engineers work

Software Information:
- System should be programmable, and ready to use. Plug and play
- For proximity, the Bluetooth module is expected to be broadcasting signal when powered on, a smart phone application will be developed (separately) to get proximity location
- We must be able to change the word "HELLO" displayed on screen

Deliverables:
1- Electronic design (PCB schematic and Gerber files )
2- Updated enclosure design (all 3D design files will be provided in .xt or .step format)
3- 6061-Hard Anodized Aluminium enclosure prototypes (5 pcs)
4- PCB prototypes, and other electronic components used in whole product (5 pcs)
5- Basic android application which controls the device technically.
6- Firmware (arduino), android application source files for future development
7- Circuits plans + blue prints + anything needed for manufacturing

Enclosure:
- You will make the hard material enclosures for all 5 units. Dimensions of the enclosure and blue prints are attached to this post
- Material is 6061-Hard Anodized Aluminium enclosure - Color: Black

Delivery:
Not later than June 16 2017. THIS IS A STRICT DATE.

The USB ports giving output from the batteries are expected to deliver fast charging.
