Help with Formulating my dietary supplement

I have a dietary supplement that has 3 all natural ingredients. I need to make sure my supplements fact panel is correct. I don't know how to formulate it to make sure what I have written on the bottle facts is correct in terms of milligrams and micrograms etc... plus how much of each item is in each capsule. I will give you the amount that I use in my batch and will pay to have you formulate it fo me so my label is correct. I don't believe what i currently have listed is correct.
