I require 3D design services using Solidworks for the housing of a free space optical telecommunication system, each unit of the system has both emitter and receiver stacked. The work will concern: the housing of the unit and some inner parts (Lens holder on PCBs, Heat sink, PCBs holders, mirrors hloders and chassis). We will provide you with the Outline and dimensions of the PCB's and all other parts. The project is to create models for automated CNC machine shops with option to accomodate the design for non automated CNC shop for the following: - Lens holders - PCBs holder - Heat sinker - Mirror Holders - the main chassis - Enclosure chassis - OLED display backer plate - Enclosure Lid You will work with our partner, who is the optical designer: he will provide you with all information. A follow of the work will be done by me and he through periodic reports and a big must is givven on the delivery schedule. Attached some drawings that should be very close to the final final object and we will provide you upon request with the 2D sketches of the old prototype. Deliverables: Complete Solidworks project files. 3D DXF files for each component step files for each component that are capable of being imported into eMachine shops custom software Dimensioned and sectioned 2D diagrams in PDF form for each component.
