Need a HR rep to help us recruit talent, post job posts, and conduct initial screening and review of candidates. Upon posting job posts, you'll then sort through talent, conduct an initial review, and pass for further screening for our team or conduct the initial interview. (We may have video interviews, or automatic phone interviews to save your time).

Your job responsibilities:
- Post job posts, and craft them to attract the right people
- Screen initial applicants based on fit, experience, and culture
- Help conduct initial interviews, explain the position and company, and pass to hiring managers and executives for follow up calls and hiring.
I have been doing similar type of work and i think i can handle upto 1000 screenings a day
