Looking for Magento Expert for Subscription based eCommerce

I am looking for a freelancer/team the Magento Experts that can move a Shopify store to Magento. READ IMPORTANT: the store is Subscription-based where the customer can choose items to add to his subscription from the front end. We have different subscription packages where they can use different items from different categories and we set the number of items they can add. After subscribing, the customer will then have the option to modify his subscription by changing items. At the same time, he can buy additional products/items which will be shipped to him along with his subscription box. Another functionality that we need is: The number of items in each subscription will be different according to the City or postal code that user will provide while registering. I will discuss more and provide the link of the current website which is working fine with the above options but we want to move to Magento.
