Position Overview:
Information Technology - Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting customer networks. Be able to direct employees/contractors and outside vendors.
Job Requirements:
Project Management
• Lead, Direct, and manage IT Projects
• Plan, Execute, and Evaluate IT processes and procedures
• Clearly document and communicate project progress
Server Administration
• Status monitoring of cloud based Infrastructure.
• Maintenance/Troubleshooting CentOS infrastructure
• Frequent utilization of bash scripting skills
• Frequent utilization/analysis of javascript scripting skills
Individual Desktop Support
• Initial configuration/installation of employee workstations
• Employee Technical Inquiries, Daily
• Troubleshooting of local/network workstation issues.
• Network Printer Support (maintenance and troubleshooting)
• Office 365 end user account administration (with monthly Audit)
• Individual VOIP phone Maintenance/Troubleshooting
Platform Administration/Maintenance (i.e. Office365, SharePoint, Local CentOS hosted Dashboard, & RingCentral VOIP)
• Initial configuration/End user customization
• Platform Troubleshooting
• Platform Annexations.
Network Administration
• Management of LAN/WAN infrastructure (i.e. routers and switches)
• Management of rule based firewall. (both pfsense and SonicWall)
• Audit internet activity, monthly
Server Administration
