Hi, I want to create my own proxy pool server using VPS, so I need someone who can help me with guidelines and setup my own proxy pool server. If you can do please let me know then we can discuss the deal. I don't need a fancy application, just answer my 2 questions, Which software will you use and why? How many proxies can be created in one VPS?

I've been working with Linux servers for almost 10 years. I believe I have the skills to help you in this project. I need some more information to be more precise in the value and time I will need to complete the task. Answering your questions: 1- The package we'll use as a proxy depends a lot on the capacity of the server and the linux distribution installed, I usually use Squid as a proxy server because I have the largest active community, this gives me security in the package. If the server does not have many resources, we can use Polipo as a proxy server. 2- I believe that you are creating a proxy server seeking privacy and data security, so I do not recommend that you set more than one proxy server on the same VPS. It would also be necessary that your VPS is quite robust to support more than one proxy server in a stable way.
