Hi, My name is Jesús Neumann, I am a Service Desk, ITIL, ITSM, OTRS and Help Desk expert consultant., I have more than 8 years of experience in all types of industries. I worked in OTRS for 5 years as a senior consultant, I have an ITIL certification and more than 50 projects of experience around the world doing OTRS, ITSM, ITIL and Help Desk implementations including; project management, conceptual design, installation, configuration, process design, optimization, upgrades, best practices, migrations and trainings. I will be happy to help you in your project, I think it will take around 3-4 days of work, depending on what you want because an OTRS implementation takes at least between 5-10 days (Conceptual Design, OTRS Admin Training a,d installation and configuration). Even if we work fast it will take no less than 4 days, and your budget is not clear enough if it is per day, hour but we can check.
