IPTABLES & PPTPD & Transparent Proxy

I have setup a pptpd VPN server on CentOs 7 machine, I have also installed iptables, and a transparent proxy on port 7888.

Is it possible to use iptables or some sort of program, to redirect traffic from port 443 to the transparent proxy? IPTABLES doesn't seem to work with GRE packets.

For example, a client user connected to my PPTP VPN server from his computer, whenever he browses SSL website, the connection should go through the transparent proxy without needing to install any additional software/configuration on the client computer.

If you know how to achieve this, let me know! Please only bid if you know the answer and has already tested thoroughly. You will not need to configure my server, you simply need to tell me what to do.
