DOS Network Coding - PC/TCP Send UDP Packet

Good experience in C and network programming, but I must admit not recently in this retro-environment. I actually find it very exciting to re-discover old days techniques (I used to own the excellent Borland Tubo C++ environment and still miss it sometimes). Sounds very exciting!
