AWS disable firewall, OR allow connection on port 22, Instant after restart dose not load Properly .

We have installed Bitrix24 on amazon , did an update to the instant but when we do a restart then the Instant dose not load Properly . Check photo attached. Now we try to connect to server using SSH, But no success, we have checked the server status using AWS console, and server is up and running we need someone to access server and disable firewall on server OR allow connection on port 22, and also disable firewall in BitrixVM setting. As after we update server is not accessible

Hey, What is the SSH log when you login? Run it such with -v option. Ex. ssh -v username@hostname Let me know the output. Did you check the console logs?
