Need U.S. State licensed attorneys for limited-scope phone consultations and legal services

My consumer-focused law firm currently provides a free legal consultation (by phone) and affordable legal services in IL, AZ, and MI, as well as and some limited-scope federal legal services in all U.S. states (e.g. Bankruptcy Ch 7 prep/filing, QDROs/EDROs, Trademark, and Tax Negotiation/settlement with IRS). We want to expand our state-law limited-scope services (family, probate, civil, landlord/tenant, wills/trusts/powers of attorney, etc) to other states through remote attorneys offering legal consultations (free to client, but we pay you) and limited-scope services remotely. Looking for at least one licensed attorney in each state (except IL, AZ, and MI) to help us offer limited-scope services (remote) and phone consultations/meetings for the most common types of legal services needed by lower- and moderate-income people. General structure is below, but open to negotiation and other approaches. We currently have full-time attorneys covering MI, IL, and AZ, but cannot replicate this for other states at this time. MARKETING: - We do all marketing, find clients in your state who have needs, pre-screen them, and schedule them for a free phone consult with you (you get paid), through our calendaring app. - You do NO marketing. We bring the client to you. - You get email notice, email reminder, and text reminder, as well as the call info. - You would call client at the appointed date/time through our grasshopper app on your mobile home; thus, client never sees your phone number. PART I OF JOB: PHONE CONSULTATION During that 20-min call, you provide phone consultation, answering their legal questions. - Although free to client, we pay you $25 per 20 min call - We pay once we confirm the consultation took place, and a survey is complete. PART 2: REVIEW & FINALIZE A COMPLETE SET OF DOCS FOR FILING (for example, a Complaint for Dissolution of Marriage (divorce) and all other required docs). a. As part of your phone consultation with client, you will inform them about (sell) our limited-scope advice, preparation, and filing services. For example: $750 plus filing fee to prepare and file divorce complaint and all docs, plus 30 days of unlimited legal advice. b. Our staff gathers intake forms from clients, prepare all first drafts of all docs for you, including cover letters to court and opposing party, pleadings (facts and basic law), and court forms. c. You provide the legal advice, review the docs, and finalize the docs with any addl law and argument necessary (we can of course charge more for motions requiring legal briefs). d. We gather filing fee and any postage costs from client and we file the docs (e-file, fax, email, priority mail, etc). e. We advise the client on process service options, but they may also ask you during the 30 days. f. In above example, we invoice the client, get the $750 from client (credit card, etc), and pay you $500; we keep $250 (for all of above services) plus we pay credit card fees, etc. Client also pays the filing fee and postage costs. g. Payment as follows: We pay you $300 up-front once they pay us the $750; we pay you the remaining $200 after 30 days, after completion of final docs, 30 day advice period, and survey received from client. We will pay you even with a very bad survey result, but may not hire you again for future clients. PART 3: ADDL SERVICES. We will both try to sell client on addl services, under same model above. PART 4: OPTIONAL FULL-REP SERVICES: If you happen to be local to the client and willing to do full-representation services for that client, you can do so, and we can work out shared pricing for the support services we provide to you during that case. However, your percentage would likely be much higher than on flat-rate services.
