Market Research / Bid Gathering Information for Insurance Company / Telemarketing

We are needing someone to scour websites and do telemarketing to determine opportunities for an insurance company. The goal is to get information on all bidding opportunities for cities and school districts that solicit bid requests for their insurance. Some of this information will be available online, where as others may require a phone call to determine If/When they open their insurance policies for bidding.
To Clarify, we need someone to:
1. Scour websites of certain governments/schools/municipalities to find RFPs "Requests for Proposals" of Bid Requests for their insurance.
2. Telemarket to the governments/schools that do not publish their bidding online.
It is important that we get the EXPIRATION DATE of the current insurance. The online "RFPs" will have the date, but if/when we you call for their information we will need to ask when their policy renews.
We will provide a list of organizations that we want you to research, but you will need to locate the website/phone number for that organization.
