Custom Joomla module and template work

This project involves making a custom extension to Joomla (either a plugin or extension, your choice as long as it works) and some design tweaks to an already used design.

I need someone to program a module and make a little tweak in a template for me.

For the module, this is the specifics:

We have a website that deals in movie files and screencaps. And we need an importer that does this on the fly. We upload to a specific directory both movie file and screencap, we go into joomla and use a module that will list all of the uploaded files in the designated directory, and give us the chance to edit the article names. This will have to be a listing, so that we can add hundreds of them at the time. It will also need to be able to make image galleries, where we got thumbnails and linked in big pictures. Its very simple to make in Joomla manually, but we need some way to do it automatically, where we can just enter the directory, and it autoadds everything.

When we have done that, we need the module to make the articles, insert the screencaps associated with the movie file, and produce a static html link where someone can download it. It also have to move the files to designated directories.

More details can be given onto very specifics, but these are the broad version of it.

On front page, we need it to display the lates x number of movies added, and in the individual overviews (you know where joomla almost always displays a list of articles), list all in that category (and we need options for sorting in a variety of ways like last added, alphabetical, counteralphabetical (last first), oldest, and so on)

We also need the menu moved to the top of the main banner, but thats no issue for someone with skills

I cannot show the current installation, as we are moving servers. But you dont need that for making the module, and when time comes for altering the template, the website will be online.

Also, I want a blog feature installed so that we can blog updates (the latest one will be displayed between the header and the first row on the main page (see above for what i mean by row). And we need a link in the menu that can point users to the blog so they can view everything there. I know Joomla comes with blog feature, so shouldnt be hard.
