Visual form builder with experience in Web View & Javascript

We are looking to a talented worker to help us build a visual form builder. The visual builder will then be used by us to create forms to obtain quotes for businesses in different industries. When a form has been created, we should be able to click on a button and receive all the code required to create this exact form which we then can copy/paste into a web view hosted on heroku. The web view (on heroku) will be triggered to work in Facebook Messenger and part of your task will also be able to help to feed the results filled in the quote back to Messenger in a Custom Field. We use Manychat to create our Facebook bots. While you don’t need to create the bots for us, we expect you know how to feed the dev info back and forth. A guide can be seen here: [login to view URL] An example of how we want it to look (based on the business) can be seen here: [login to view URL] When we create these forms, we use the visual form builder to create the blocks, radio buttons and quantity counters and assign a price. The function of the form will then be to calculate the totals based on the information and. Check the source file of the above calculator here for example: view-source:[login to view URL] As a person who will create these forms on the front end will have the option to choose the numbers of blocks, buttons and counters and be able to name and price them accordingly. The end result of the visual form builder should enable us to quickly be able to create forms for different businesses based on their quoting needs. We can then generate a code after creating the form and paste it into a web view for execution. The front-end visual form builder must be stunning, easy to navigate, thorough and help us minimize human error problems instead of creating them. This job is suitable for someone that is meticulous in his or her execution and truly understands our needs. In your work, you are a clean coder and your work can easily be handed to someone else for continuous work. We emphasis A LOT on how clean you can code.
