Need help working with Vue.JS, AZURE, Net WEB API, AXIOS with a POST command

I have a VB.NET WEB API hosted on AZURE and I need to create a AXIOS POST in a VUE.JS application from my local. Since I am creating my Vue.js application on my local the WEB API give the error of "Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header contains multiple values '*, *', but only one is allowed. Origin 'http://localhost:8084' is therefore not allowed access." I can pass a Get and everything is fine.
I need someone that has made this work before. Sorry- I am not willing to spend time with- "Have you tried this or Have you tried that" because I have. Cors is enabled on the Azure account. Thanks
