I have a full-size development project to outsource, using MEAN stack. The project will be a CRM application (somewhat similar to [login to view URL]), but not identical to it.
However, this post is NOT for the full-project. This post is for a tiny PoC to shortlist and evaluate a suitable development partner.
This PoC / pilot project will implement a tiny version of the full application, and the design and code quality of the submitters will be used to evaluate them, before negotiating with them for the full project.
Database can be MongoDB or MySQL.
I may assign this PoC project to more than one bidder.
