Long term work for the right developers

We're looking for Meteor developers (basically Node + Mongo + Blaze). We're able to offer up to 40 hours a week of work to the right person, and this will go on for 6+ months. The process of applying to this position contains a process designed to filter out 95% of people who aren't going to have the work ethic or attention to detail that we are looking for. If you're the right kind of person, you'll make it through our process and be hired. The right person will be working on Emurgo projects ([login to view URL]) such as Cardano Update Space ([login to view URL]), as well as Blockrazor ([login to view URL]). All of our projects use the same contribution protocol and usually the same or very similar app architecture, once you get it, there are many projects you can work on. Anyone who demonstrates that they have understood the contribution protocol and how we work *will* be hired for an initial 3 hours where they can demonstrate their coding abilities, efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to fit in with the culture of the project by sending your first pull request(s). If that goes well, congratulations, you're hired! We will hire however many people pass this test, if you pass this test, you'll be hired, regardless of how many other people are also hired, we're *always* on the lookout for good people. How do you go about demonstrating you've understood what you need to understand? The best way is by sending a valid pull request but you could also try a very convincing message explaining what you understand about our development process and contribution protocol. As for hourly rates, you know what you're worth. Be honest with yourself and with us. We have a fairly large team of developers who will be looking at how well you contribute to the project(s) and how much it costs, and comparing this to everyone else. We don't want you to feel like you are underpaid, but we also quickly get rid of anyone who isn't pulling their weight.
