Pencil is a creative AI that enables brands to craft massive personalised ad campaigns that originate in culture, multiplying the art and effectiveness of online advertising. We're looking for a full-stack developer to build out key software components of our SaaS platform. On the back end, you'll be deploying cutting edge techniques in NLP and machine learning at (pretty big) scale using cloud compute. On the front end you'll have the opportunity to develop business-critical user interfaces including responsive design and data visualisation. You'll work directly in a small team with ex-Directors of Google and award winning creative agency iris. You'll receive a unique blend of creative, technical and commercial exposure while contributing to the future of the creative industry. === The first project is a simple one - help us build a front end that allows users to add metadata to ads very quickly. You'll need full stack experience across AWS, Python, JS, NodeJS/Rails, Angular2+/React Future projects will be more complex, so ideally you'll have some experience with NLP, NLTK, SpaCy, SKLearn, Tensorflow/Keras as well
