Convert spreadsheet to python code

Hi i have a Spreadsheet (google sheets) that i want replicated in Python 3. The Python code shall: 1: download a few data tables from statistics Sweden (using their REST-like api) and store this data as pandas dataframes in Python. 2: create a few graphs using plotly and summary statistics from these dataframes (the data will be linked and used across the dataframes etc). Plots shall be saved as separate html files (using plotly) that can be imported into separate html-files using iframe. 3: Extrapolate the data few years forward for the graphs, using the algorithm in the spreadsheet. I’ve been explicit in the spreadsheet how it shall work, what tables to download, what graphs to produce, how to perform the extrapolation, etc. Please see this link. So this is only a matter of a ”translation excercise” from spreadsheet to python. For someone who is an expert in python and pandas it is not more than a few hours of work. Data shall be captured using the API from Statistics Sweden. It’s basically a REST full api. English documentation about the API can be found here: [login to view URL] but it should be straight forward for anyone with some python experience. I expect the code to be well written, concise and pythonic. The spreadsheet is very large but I don’t think it will be more than 10 or 20 lines of python code. For an experienced python developer it shall take no more than an hour or two to complete this task. The first 2 figures are just plain heatmaps of the downloaded data.
