Complete OpenLayers4 Map using Flickr API

Looking to hire someone to finish up a program I had started but haven’t manage to complete.
The basis for the file is an exercise from the book Open Layers 3, using the Flickr API to displays georeferenced photos on an map.
Ive created the base map, managed to pull the photo data out of the Flikr API, and construct the photos urls. I’m just having difficulty displaying the photo thumbnails on the map as markers, and providing photo details upon clicking the thumbnail.

Attached are both the original sample file from the Open Layers book to serve as a template if needed, plus my file with updates.
