I have understood your requirements and can convert your concept into real-time restaurant table booking android application with fantastic user interface and faster working back end. I have vast experience in android, PHP, JSON, MySQL and also in integrating payment gateway with android app. I have a masters' degree in computer science, which will be a plus point for you as far as database designing is concerned. I have created one android application titled as "Krushidhan"(can be viewed on play store), which contains some accounting and also a payment method.
