I am a Marketing Consultant with a growing business now looking for a Virtual Assistant and Marketing Assistant. Long term I hope to set up an agency, so I've got a couple of ads out to find some freelancers in other fields. I want to set up long term relationships with a trusted network so I can focus on my clients' strategies and building the business and have others help me with the day to day management of the marketing and admin. I need a smart individual with a safe pair of hands that can help me with admin, email/calendar management as well as help with marketing execution. Really just someone who can be given a brief, and work it out, get the job done, knowing that I am always ready to answer any questions as the worst thing anyone can do is guess what I'm thinking if I'm unclear and get it wrong! I really need someone to help keep me organised so I can focus on delivering for my clients, but if you can do some marketing work as well, so much the better! I'm a Kiwi based in Auckland, hoping to work with a fellow NZ/Aussie to develop a long-term relationship with. No matter where you are from, your English must be top-notch. At the moment I just need someone to be available as and when needed and to be able to turn things around relatively quickly. We'd need to work out how email/calendar management might work - I've never had a PA/VA before, so if you've experience you'd probably have a better idea than me. Respected Sir/Madam I am not Kiwi or Aussie but I still applied because I read you mentioned " no matter where you born your English should be perfect" my English is perfect . I am working as a virtual assistant for three years. My last client was from US and I was with him for long but since he left the to travel the world I need a new job now, I have the experience one need to handle schedules , emails, social media marketing , existing clients and potential clients. I was a call center advisor and an ad hoc trainer for about a year and a half. I also worked with Etihad Airways as their GHC (ground handling crew) I was a freelance event organizer and appointment setter for an Australian based company for quite some time as well. I am the kind of person that is eager to receive commendations from customers/clients. That is why I make sure I do my 100% best in everything that I do and successfully provide customer/client satisfaction. I’ve handled several telecommunication accounts such as Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile, and Sprint. With these accounts, I’ve used Oracle, Siebel, and CRM. I was also in charge of making presentations and reports for KPI for clients. I was also the one making training modules and exercises for newly hired agents and retakers. Aside from that, I am one of the people who is responsible for the social media accounts marketing of the company. When I was with Etihad Airways, I used SABRE and several booking software. Providing weekly report presentations and booking appointments were my main responsibility. That is why I most of the time use charts and timetables for tasks and objectives especially when I was with the events firm. I also did basic designs, photo editing, and video editing when I was still with the events firm. I can work with minimal to no supervision. As long as work to be made is clear and precise.
