Pharma email list for listed companies

We seek high-level contact information for 100 Pharma companies (each listed below)
For each entry on this list we need two (2) senior management contacts:
• President and/or CEO name
• Valid Email for the President and/or CEO
• VP Business Development (or similar) name
• Valid Email for VP Business Development
• Valid phone numbers for the above
• Full Corporate mailing address
• Fax number
Thus we need 200 valid senior management emails for these 100 firms.
The following emails (and similar) are not acceptable:

As part of your quote, please tell us the source (or sources) you plan to use. We already have access to have Pitchbook and we have been extremely disappointed with it in the past.
Please quote a price and lead time necessary to provide the above information.
Excel format delivery is preferred.
Milestones Suggested:
Milestone 1: 10% when the list is delivered to us.
Milestone 2: 90% paid pro rata based on percentage of success defined as:
If we make at least 1 successful email contact (no bounce back for at least one of the 2 company emails requested) at each firm, will pay the entire 90%. If we make no contact at a firm, that pro rata percentage will be deducted from milestone 2. (That is, no payment on that company’s pro rata share of the 90% will be paid if we get two bounce backs for a single firm.)
This way pay only 10% for the bad ones and you have 2 chances on each of the good ones.
We have one goal: To make contact via email.
Within 2 days of list delivery we will send out individual emails.
Milestone 2 will be settled within 10 days of list delivery.
We will provide documentation of all bounce backs.
Suggestions and/or modified proposals are welcomed, but our goal remains as stated above.
