In Need of Marketing and Promotuons Expert for childrens film series

I am beginning a franchise and fandom about a character named Mr. Wogglebug and his friend, a little girl named Sylvie. My franchise is for entertainment and education purposes. My target audience is children and families, so I want to be able to reach out to teachers and parents. But I don't know how to do so. I need someone to direct me to places online where I can gain a fanbase for my franchise. I know little about marketing at this point and it is very important to me that my movie series receive the proper publicity it deserves as early as possible. And for this and other reasons I want to have sales start to come in for the first movie, if only through my website. My movie series is a magnum opus and well worthy of the respect and admiration of children, families, and educators everywhere.
