Looking for a marketing and editorial expert for website

I am looking for someone who is based in the USA, who is looking to work part time as a writer and liaison to website visitors and customers. Should have one of the following, lending experience, real estate brokerage experience, or digital marketing experience to help keep website current. One article per week 700 words on real estate or mortgage One mortgage rate update per day (10 minutes, paraphrase a few sentences from WSJ and post one of three prepared images) Three social media posts per week (FB, Twitter, G+) Invite possible business contacts and respond to friend requests once per week for a few minutes. A quick Email once per week with status report and ideas/suggestions to make the site better. I'm really looking for someone who is affable, positive, and gently persuasive to give our website some life and flavor. The work will be directed according to a digital marketing strategy which changes every month or so. Long term position is possible for the right person. Wide open to all levels of experience and people in small towns or large.
