Generate Leads - Instagram &/or Linkedin

Hello,
I am looking for an individual or team who can assist me with finding leads for my company on a part time basis. We will identify who the target clients are and various outreach strategies for each class.
Together we can script the initial outreach and most of your responses beforehand but those with excellent english skills go to the front of the line.
Wage subject to increase if you prove to be effective! This is an ongoing position.
I am a firm believer in making sure people are properly compensated for their work.
You will not be responsible for any closing. Simply make the connection, reach out, and alert me when a conversation or referral is secured.
The work flow will look like this:
- Go through Instagram / Linkedin and Identify accounts that match the target criteria.
- Spark the outreach with a targeted complement about their page or achievements.
- Indicate that our services can be a great value add to their organization or themselves personally.
- Once they agree to the above, notify me to take over and arrange a close / conversation.
Simple as that.
