Please include the term "blue giraffe" in your bid proposal. I am looking for a marketer to take over and oversee lead generating funnels for a mortgage business. You will create facebook and google ads, landing pages and do retargeting to help generate quality mortgage leads. You will install and configure pixels on the appropriate pages to help with tracking and you will track the results and adjust as necessary until we are getting good results and then we will try scaling to a larger audience and spend. Experience in dealing with full funnel internet marketing essential, and experience working with mortgage lending businesses is an asset. I am looking for high performance and low maintenance. You will make the creatives, provide input on the segmentation of the ads and provide insight on the ad spend. Given that creative is important to generating quality leads, quality written English is essential. If you or someone on your team does not have excellent written English, please do not apply. I would like to know about the results of past businesses that you have worked with also to show you have delivered the results that you will claim that you can deliver to me. I chose the fixed price option, which should be the initial setup fee and the first month of the campaign. In discussions we can agree for the ongoing monthly retainer to maintain and add to the campaign. Hopefully you are familiar enough with all of the above that you have this already established.
