Hi! I’m based in Manila, Philippines and I am currently taking B.S Tourism in the University of the Philippines, Diliman. I have written articles mainly for marketing tourism businesses in the Philippines and I also belong to a research-based institute where we were trained to produce academic research papers. I have handled social networking accounts of Australian brands and several local brands where I answer queries, gather their data, and create daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. I have been teaching English online since 2016. I have had students from different countries like Brazil, China, Japan, Korea, and more. My top hard skills are accounting, mathematics, planning, clerical, communication and computer literate. All of my hard skills I considered was enhanced during my days in work. My experiences of having a work gained a lot of skills. I have an experience as Accounting Clerk, preparing for the daily sales report when I was in Travel and Tours company. Also I gathered an experience answering the inquiries of our clients and preparing the Package tour based on the customers demand/request as well as preparing itineraries. Aside from having those hard skills, I am also having soft skills, which I know will contribute the organization I will work for in the near future. I'm a quick learner which will help me to adapt in any kind of environment. I am flexible, responsible, detail oriented and efficient as well.I can confidently say that i am fit for this job, I know how to deal with different people and different culture. I've learned not to focus on what i cant do, i am making sure that there is option for the customer to make them feel that they are valued by doing this i know i can deliver Good Customer Service .
