Podcast Posting and Marketing Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a podcasting assistant who can take care of our entire podcast, other than the actual audio recording. My goal is to be able to send audio files the assistant and have them complete everything necessary to run a professional podcast and podcast website. The website framework is currently up, but needs revision before it is launched. The right applicant should have the skills to develop and maintain a wordpress website. They should also be very familiar with the podcast process on iTunes and other platforms. In addition, the right applicant should understand basic audio editing techniques and formatting. Tasks for podcast assistant: - Create podcast episode template on wordpress site - Blog/Podcast post cleanup: pictures, keywords, tags - Recording editing: add intro and conclusion clips to beginning and end of sound files, normalize sound volume - Add titles, descriptions, and keywords to audio files and format them appropriately - Podcast posting: Post on Lybsyn and iTunes - Add lead capture form to right side of website in widgets (MailChimp Integration) - Create MailChimp template for new episodes & send email everytime a new episode is posted - Create transcripts for podcasts - Add Google Analytics to site - General podcast marketing, including basic SEO and social media posts With your quote, please provide the following: - Estimate of time it would take to get the site up and running along with 4 podcasts (already recorded) and post podcasts to iTunes - Estimate of ongoing time and your rate for posting 2 podcasts per month - Examples of other podcasts you've worked with - Examples of wordpress sites you've created or modified
