Landing Page Design - PSD

This project is for a landing page design that a previous designer on RAC failed to do correctly. ? This time we have more clearly stated what we need. We need to find someone who knows ***what*** a landing page is and how it should be designed. ? **I expect you in your bid to explain to me what you think a landing page is and how you would design it**. This will be a landing page for an Electrologist who specializes in Electrolysis Permanent Hair Removal. ? More information will be below. ? The winning bidder will be rewarded with many future similar jobs of the same kind of work from our thousands of clients. ? This should be a quick and simple job for a quick and adept designer. ? If you read this include in your bid, "I am an adept designer." 1.) First, referring to our attachment ([login to view URL]), notice the banner at the top. This should be where the title "Electrolysis by Veronica" should be. The banner at the top should also include the '3' faces, you can divide it into thirds. There should be a black (african american face), hispanic (latin american face), and white (Caucasian face). Example: Black Skin tone: [login to view URL] Latina Medium Skin tone: [login to view URL] White Skin tone: [login to view URL] These are just examples to show you the 3 different skin tones we need to have in the banner. We found these with a few minutes searching google. If it was this easy for us, you should have no trouble finding better images than we did. Try to find images similar to these, make sure they fit into the color scheme of the design.? 2.) For the sign of trust or authority please use an image that looks like a license and leave an area for text inside it where I will put her license number. 3.) The contact form needs to be simple like in my attached image. We want a simple looking form to reflect how it will really look on the browser. You can include the same contact info the sample I attached shows. 4.) Phone number in the upper right on the design with an icon. 5.) The bottom left should show a map container for google. This is just a graphic to represent the coding that will be there later. Look at how the containers look at the bottom of the following link. [login to view URL] 6.) Finally there should space for text somewhere, below the contact form. 7.) We need an elegant but simple design? with? muted? earth? tones? as? the? color? scheme. ? Include colors and styles similar to the link below (BUT NOT COPYING!)
