Character transformation Artist for Speedpaint videos -- 2

Can you turn a picture of a Disney Princess into a real life girl? Or Shrek into Thanos from Marvel? Or turn Keanu Reeves into a lady? We are a Youtube network and looking to expand our team of speedpaint artists for our Youtube channel and TikTok account. We need an artist who is an expert at mixing and transforming both real life and cartoon characters! Every week, we will give you a list of new transformations/characters and we then expect you to do the transformations while screen-recording the process. Each transformation should take around 2 hours. The final delivery to us should consist of the finished images in JPEG, project files with layers ( i.e. .psd if you use Photoshop) and the raw screen recording video files. We provide you with a brief - a very short description of the kind of transformation we are looking for 2. You find the images needed for the transformations. This will almost always be promotional material from the movies/cartoons from Google. If further images are needed, we will provide stock images from sites like 123rf. 3. You create the transformations in a program like Photoshop, Procreate (or whichever image editor you prefer to work in) WHILE screen recording 4. You then send the finished illustrations, the project files including layers and raw screen recordings to us. For the screen recording, we recommend using OBS, as its free and work well, but the screen recording can be done in whichever software you prefer. We are looking to order minimum 15 transformations per month from you - for many months to come, so this is ongoing work for the right person! Please ONLY consider applying if you have done this type of transformation / "Glow Up" art before and are 100% sure you can reach the same standards as the art in the above-mentioned links. Note: We do NOT expect you to do any video editing, voiceover etc. Your job only revolves around creating the illustrations and screen record your process. There is no video editing involved. Also, the video and illustration format should be vertical, preferably 1080×1920 px. Our current artists spend 2 hours on each transformation - so the price for each transformation is 2 hours of your hourly rate.
