Book cover design and illustration for book pages

I need someone with artistic skills to design and illustrate the front and back covers for a paperback book (poetry compilation - love poems written by a teenager with no obscene language). Proposed book size is 8 inches x 5 inches. I also need at least 13 full color illustrations for the book. Illustrations vary in sizes the largest being 4 inches x 4 inches. I have some ideas for most of the illustrations but would need some creative input as well. The illustrations will revolve around a female character named River. River's details will be shown but all other persons captured in the scenes will either be silhouettes or have very little detail. The artist will be expected to design the character (River) and generate scenes based on an existing narrative. As part of the quotation please provide an existing sample of your work that could be assessed against the sample narrative provided below. Sample Narrative "She was sitting on her concrete steps, totally out of place in her world … almost as if someone had applied a color pop effect to the scene I beheld. One arm clamped between her knees which were as close together as the arm would allow. Khaki shorts revealed smooth, sexy, vanilla cream legs attached to neat bare feet. Nipples of what I assessed to be perfectly C-sized, bra-less breast, prodded her baby-pink tee-shirt. She was running her other hand through her messy shoulder length bronzed-brown hair. I couldn’t see her face." The project needs to be completed by the 31st of January 2022. Below is list of proposed illustrations. 1. Sitting at the foot of a throne. 9. 3" x 3" - River's face as a circular selection on a futuristic holographic screen, with other female faces as other possible selections but out of focus. 10. 2" x 2" - Caricature of Author giving golden letter to cupid and a bunch of arrows 11. 4" x 4" - River playing a guitar and singing. Golden letter is unopened.
