I would like to hire a Web Developer, speciliazing in Joomlart web development

The project is a web site that provide a global market place for stakeholders operating in the business that the web site will cater for, an eco system. The website will be 5-7 pages, or less, with extensive data base capabilities, with mainly automated processes. Phase 1 include web site, and CMS integration and plug and play plug ins to effectively process a full business cycle. Phase 2 will integrate Salesforce CRM processes and an ecommerce ( Virtuemart or other open source) in full integration with the CMS and other integrated plug ins. I am seeking a web developer to develop interface and back end for phase 1. The developer must demonstrate past experience in Joomlart web development. Developer to be engaged on a fixed price, fixed scope basis with variations to be agreed. Mock up and script directive to be provided prior to the work commencement. The work to commence as soon as possible targeted not later than September 2018.
