Make 2 changements on my website in javascript/jquerry

Hello,
i have a small website project and looking for somebody who can mek two changements on the page:
1) On my page i have a map, please make it possible that i can add multiple location markers on it. At the moment i can only add one latitude/longitude, but what i need is that i can add severals.
2) I am using a language switcher script on my page. At the moment i use two text buttons the visitor need to click on so it changes. What i want you to do is that i can use also images (small flags) a visitor can click on so the language changes.
I will need more help in future, so would be great if we can make a long term cooperation...
You should be proffessional in javascript/jquerry/html.
