HTML programming for Digital Touchscreen

I am looking for a HTML person work with who will help convert out content onto active Touchscreen Signage. f you are not familiar with this, it is just normal HTML where the tags are changed slightly by the host company. The HTML allows the Touchscreen Signage to work like a mini website and call on actions like show jpegs or videos or link externally.
