Fix the Python Code to send HTML email with inline photos

I have an HTML file and want to send as email (HTML Attached in zip file)

I have a python code that read HTML file and send as email with photos attached as inline images. (python code fixes the image paths in HTML before using it)

PROBLEM: The email does not look correctly some times (in iphone does not look correct, in outlook sometimes it asks for me to click on image, in yahoo sometimes ask to click to download images… )

What I want :

1. I ONLY GIVE PORTION OF MY CODE AND YOU MUST MAKE IT WORK.

2. Fix the python program in a way that the email sent by python looks exactly as the HTML file, for all recipients (google, yahoo, sbcglobal, aol, [login to view URL], outlook365, and on all devices outlook app, iphone mail app, …)

a. Any fix needed must be done by coding in python ONLY

b. If you need to read HTML and change it in memory, it should be general that works for any HTML file

c. Any fix must be general and be able to be applied to every HTML file

d. The VML codes in the HTML must also be fixed.

e. CID codes for HTML is fixed in my code, but to double check and fix them yourself if mine does not work

f. You must make test accounts in (google, yahoo, sbcglobal, aol, [login to view URL], outlook365, and on all devices outlook app, iphone mail app, …) and test if the received email looks as it should

g. You must fix the program until email in my system looks exactly as it should
