Fix some issues on iOS version of PhoneGap HTML Phone Application

I made an HTML app (converted with Phonegap) It is a survey on html with 5 questions and after it, a page with a google map with a button Start/Finish, in order to tracking the route that user walk between 2 points. This app works well on Android and is published on Play Store: [login to view URL] The app is published on App Store Too but there are some issues for me on iOS: [login to view URL] Issues are, that seems that when appears the GPS permission request, it doesn't shows. Seems that app is over the dialog box and make it not visible. At other hand, if you can see the dialog box and choose to permit GPS, tracking is not much fluid. And after it, if i want to exit the app, button Exit (Sortir) is not working. And i want to hide the Phonegap icon screen just before splash screen too.
