We would like to invite you to submit a proposal to develop a WeChat mini program app, to use to receive information and communicate with the community manager, navigate, and search. A key requirement is for the WeChat app to pull select content in real-time from an existing Drupal 8 website (URL will be provided upon contract award) that is in chinese. We will provide an API/RESTful services to accomplish this. You will be responsible for pinging the RESTful web services and pulling content. You will be required to set up a B2B account on WeChat, in our name, following all necessary application procedures to ensure the quality of the account. Overall, we would look for you to develop functions including front and back-end coding; integration of third party APIs and testing/quality assurance with User Experience(UX) in mind and design multi-function channels within the account to shoulder promotional tools. The app must have the capability to create B2B appointments and RSVP ability for seminars and training programs.
Please submit a proposal that includes the following information:
1. Your background and client list
2. Proposed staffing / team members and their bios
3. Explain in detail your proposed technical approach to the development of the requested WeChat mini program app.
Project plan and time line for the WeChat registration and development, including what can be developed by September 30th assuming a September 1st start date.
4. Case studies – 3 examples of a proven record of WeChat development and driving community engagement.
5. Detailed level of effort and budget break down
6. Please elaborate on security concerns with WeChat and what are some considerations we need to keep in mind and how do we mitigate them.
