Create web application for simple online calculations (.NET strongly preferred)

For more details, please read on, or watch my short screencast: [login to view URL] (Password: "bonuspoints") I am looking for someone who can "translate" an Excel spreadsheet into a web application. Responsive design, simple layout. Something similar to [login to view URL] (simple, clean UI, works on desktop and mobile). Please provide an estimate, ideally a fixed price (defining what would and what would not be included for the price), or by giving a time estimate and an hourly rate. The content is this: When you fly, you earn bonus miles/points. These miles, you can redeem for "free" flights, but you will usually have to pay some fees/taxes. Very often, you can choose to pay fewer points, but instead pay more money. The question then is, is this a good deal? I have created an Excel spreadsheet for this, which I would like to put online. This is attached to this job listing. The spreadsheet might look a bit complicated, but this is really very easy. A flight is being sold for about 7100 €. Or one can pay 50,000 points + 425 €. Or 45,000 point + 569 €, etc. (The number of rows should be flexible.) Also, the airlines sometimes sell the points directly (but the price varies). We want to know: what is the best deal? Is it best to just buy the ticket (ticket price is only 50€, but would require 100,000 bonus points)? Or is it best to use miles? But if we use miles, should we pay only with miles, or should we pay some more money, essentially buying missing points? A commonly-used metric is "CPM" (cents per mile/point). If something costs 5,000 USD (=500,000 cents) and we use 100,000 points, then we get 5 CPM of value out of our points. Similarly, if we buy 4,000 points/miles for 20 USD (=2,000 cents), then we are paying 0.5 CPM (half a cent per point/mile). Also, there are external valuations ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL] ), where "experts" say how much each bonus point is roughly worth (so that we know that if we're paying twice that amount per point, it is probably overpriced). Maybe it would make sense to show these valuations as well, maybe not, this is not a hard requirement. It would be nice to support currency conversion though. For example, instead of €, we might be booking on a Brazilian website where everything is priced in Brazialian Real, and we know the regular ticket price in GBP, while the external valuation is in USD. It would be nice if somehow everything could be entered in one currency, but displayed in a different currency. I think most of this should probably be done on the client side, it could look similar to this: [login to view URL] Where server-side code is required, I am a fan of .NET/C#, as this is what I use for my own work, so it would make it easier for me to maintain. But if you have very good arguments, I might be open to negotiating this.
