Create a Vuetify autocomplete dialog that changes if the item is not available

I need a the following requirement and most of the code is already available either from me or Vuetify. 1. Does not show possible options until a minimum of 3 characters are typed. 2. Automatically closes when an item is selected 3. Show items in alpha order 4. Change fetch to axios and use my api the is used in the Advanced slots example 5. When add new is clicked the dialog forms template needs to change to the another Vuetify sample code at dialog - form . Please see the attached word document that has images of the work process.
