Android Ad Block Web Browser

Hello, I need an android application as mentioned below. Please do not reply without reading all of them. In addition, please do not bid according to the number of items, bid according to how much time this project will take. (Only some items include small details) I would like to make some additional features and modifications on an open source Lightning Web Browser. At this moment, android market offers many lightning based applications such as lightning plus and polarity. ([login to view URL] ) Main Remarks * AdBlocker feature. If possible, a single list on our server or lists like Adb or ublock origin can prevent ads. (Most mobile browser performs this over “host file”) If building it with this logic extend the time and cause a performance loss in the browser, then my choice will be just working through the host file. *If possible I want to avoid some of the ads that are not included in the existing list by entering parameters or rules to a database which will be created on our server. This database can be a text file or a mysql. It is not important. The important part is browser should check the updates once a day and if there are new parameters it should apply these updates instantly. *An Adinjection feature which works with Adblock logic is required. (We need to display ads on anywhere on the site by entering URLs and parameters via the server. There are no general advertising rules. We need to enter to the sites or the databases on the server that we want to inject add through the parameters or rules. We should be able to apply an ad to all sites or a directory or a file. *We need to inject a counter code on each page so that we will be able to follow their movement through the server. This code should enter page address, visit date -time, referrer information and visitor's unique id to MySQL on our server. If possible, it should save this information to a local file in itself and transfer it to server once within the day. This will cause us to see the reports late but at the same time it will put fewer loads to the server. (At the moment we do not need a screen that reports visitors on dB. If you want you can make a second bid for the reporting screen) Additional Remarks *I want forward, back, home and add to your favorites keys at the bottom of the browser *If the use of browser is longer than 1 hour, I want all the open tabs to be closed and start from startup screen not from the last visited page. *Browser should check to see if there is a home page update in the server once a day, if there is it should download new home page html file and replace it with the old one. *When the browser URL bar is clicked, a new home page must be opened over the existing one as a new layer (with the X close button on the upper right side) (like splash ads) *Search suggestions should be obtained via local Google site. If one live in Germany it should be [login to view URL] and lives in Turkey it should be [login to view URL] * When a site address is written over URL bar, it must be auto complete based on browser history. Like in the desktop version of Google. *I may want a small design change in the header section *Like in Chrome for Android, when the page moves up and down URL bar should disappear and should show up again when it is pulled up *Again, like in chrome, while on the top of the page if it's dragged down it should be refreshed *All codes must be delivered open source. *Project codes or the final product should not be published in a paid or unpaid manner, should not be transferred, sold to anyone and a new copy or similar one should not be made on a request to any person of this project. The person(s) who accepts this job agree that they will not claim any right related with project in any field at the end of project. *Selection will be done according to price, time and experience.
