I am looking for someone who knows about Amazon AWS Services who can help me access the IRS 990 Filings that are publicly accessible via Amazon AWS I need to extract 2,450 records that focus on grant making foundations located in the State of Michigan, USA. The format will be in XML. After that, the final READABLE format needs to be in Excel CVS format, one file per foundation. The formatting for each of these CVS files needs to be consistent—the same data is entered into the same row, record after record. I am including two attachments: First is the identifying information for the 2,450 foundations. The most important identifier is column 1, which is the foundation’s EIN number. Each foundation has a DIFFERENT EIN number. This will allow you to locate them in the Amazon IRS data base. I am also including a sample of what such an XML record looks like in the Amazon AWS IRS data base. I need a cost estimate for the whole project—extracting the 2,450 XML records and then converting them into readable CVS files. Thank you. .
