HTML / JS / MySQL Matching Game

We are looking for a developer to build a single page web application (which may later be converted to a mobile application) that is a functional matching game, similar to the children's game "Memory", but with a few distinctions (no memory involved). The setup is as follows: 1. Registration page requires "Player" to enter name and email address. (on-screen keyboard required, something similar to jQuery on-screen keyboard) 2. Upon registration, application looks at database to see if email address already exists: If email found: display "Thank you for registering, you already played " screen. If email not found: save name and email address in database, proceed to instructions screen 4. Instructions screen describes how to play, Player clicks "Play" to start the game. 5. Game Grid appears - Player gets a specified number of flips to try to match 3 pairs of images. (see description below) 6. If player achieves 3 matching images Win Screen appears, email sent to owner with a "win code" (random 8 character code), email sent to player with matching win code, game status saved in database. countdown 30 seconds and then reset 7. If player uses all flips without making 3 matches, (or 90 seconds after start without win) Thank you for playing screen appears games status saved in database countdown 30 seconds and then reset Game grid consists of 6x8 grid that hold pieces which are randomly distributed at the start of each game. Pieces consist of: 40 images (20 pairs of unique )images, 3 @ "add one flip", 3 @ "lose one flip", 1 @ "add 2 flips", 1 @ "lose 2 flips" The whole game needs to exist in a single web page with modal windows for registration, instructions, win screen, lose screen, you already played screen, terms and conditions. This should be relatively easy for someone with good jQuery skills. Feel free to ask me questions if you don't understand the requirements. PHP or Python Django can can be used for the MySQL interaction if necessary, but would prefer to use just HTML, CSS and Javascript if possible (SMTP for the email sends). You must speak native level English and be prepared to complete development within 5 days.
