Award Winning WordPress is conducting a major targeted email campaign. As a result, we will have upcoming contracts available for Professional skilled Website Designers and Developers. Results will require 200 to 1000 plus designers. Contracts will include; websites created in WordPress and also Custom Designed Dynamic PHP sites. WordPress installation will be from a set of directives, as each installation must include our list of vital plugins and also meet our stringent standards (some training will be required). You will be rewarded with above market rates, commensurate to the Skills and Qualifications you possess and the reputation of your account and client satisfaction levels with Freelancer. Logo Design will also be required also, although this can be contracted separately if necessary. Tell me, why you should be on our selection list. Note: We may require as many as 1,000 Freelancers or more, yet we will be putting effort into selecting who we feel are the best applicants for these projects. Work will be on the basis of who we feel is best suited to each project, not on a first come first served basis. Freelancers who are Professional but may not be at the top of their game will also be required, as sometimes we may need to negotiate a lower rate with the client, for their project. On-going work will be provided to those who complete their initial projects successfully. Pre-requisites are; An above average command of English (projects need to be understood at both ends, so this is vital), reliable and meet the target date set as close as possible (clients will then return), a mature and responsible approach to completing each project (we only deliver premium results). The most important for consideration is; you must be willing to submit samples of your best projects completed (for our client portfolio), as you will be representing the standard of work we are completing for the client. Your work will be displayed within our site portfolio. Also, you must provide a good head and shoulders photo that must be fairly recent. A bio of your skills and what your strengths are will be included in the team section. We will select up to 12 candidates for this, to display at our site. You may use a pseudonym instead of a real name if you wish to remain anonymous, but our company must know your true identity. Projects will range from small 3 page sites to large Commercial sites, as is normal. We also specialize in secure WordPress installation. SEO experts will be necessary along with social networking experts for on-going work also. All our clients make progress payments, as we will to each of you also during completion.
