Hi, Hope you are doing well !!! I already developed one survey application. You can search it on play store by using the name "Wildnote". This application was basically for the wildlife survey and it was an online and offline application. There was 26+ question type for creating a survey for eg: radio button, check boxes, drop down, text fields, repeater type(you can repeat block of questions) and much more. We also used conditional logic for questions i.e one question/block of questions will populate based on the answers to other questions. You can even repeat any filled form. As I already worked on survey app so I know the challenges and solutions for this kind of application. I am having a deep knowledge for survey application.
